Why?

In order to continue our longstanding family business and to be able to secure the associated jobs in the long term, we decided to think a little bigger.
We are proud to be part of the Scholle IPN Group since January 2019 and we can now finally officially write a new chapter in our company history.

The merger with Scholle IPN has opened completely new packaging opportunities for us and our customers, as our product portfolio has been expanded extraordinarily over the last few months. With the investments in a new 3- and 9-layer barrier film line, a laminating line and the bag-in-box line, we can offer a much wider variety of packaging products.
Today, in the Scholle IPN Group worldwide we develop films, accessories and equipment for bag-in-box and stand-up-pouches. As a result, we can now offer sustainable packaging solutions more efficiently and faster.
True to our slogan “Simply Flexible™”, the new company name, as well as the joint new brand appearance of the Scholle IPN Group, underlines our claim of further sustainable development.
